Leadership requires more than just getting a goal or racing a destination. It requires the ability to leverage certain information at the right moment to obtain a personal gain. We all know that knowledge is power, however I would replace the words knowledge with information in the workplace. Therefore, information is power.
A recent experience at work led me to believe that we must place ourselves in a position that allows us to gain information. With this information one must guard it and only release it when the benefit out weighs the cost.
So playing the game, you must be play both defense and offense.
Shot this with iPhone 4S. No filter or edited done. Just a natural shot. Thanks have a great Sunday. (at Hauula beach park)
Hey guys. Thank you so much for the kind words about my daughter. It’s the most commented pic in my whole gallery. I’m truly blessed to have great friends here on IG. here’s a night photography of a memorial of a Japanese doll honoring a fisherman who passed away. Some left it here so I thought I practice making it my subject. 10 second exposure. Thanks. (at Laie Point)
Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce my newborn daughter Kina. I usually don’t post family portraits here but I wanted to share my good news with you all. She’s my first. I’m a proud daddy running on no sleep. Have a good one. Future post will go back to landscape. Thanks.
Somewhere over the rainbow…someone is getting some sleep. (at Castle Medical Center)
Hey guys. I shot this with iPhone while driving to work. I stuck my phone out the window and snap random shots. This was the best one. I created a second copy in snapseed with exposure high then merged into HDR using TruHDR app. Applied final color tweaks back in snapseed. Then added watermark using iWatermark app. Then resize using squaready and uploaded to IG. I’ll write a blog post going into detail how to Manuel edit HDR on iPhone or iPad. thanks. Sunrise at Hauula Beach Park. Shot with iPhone 4S edited with snapseed app. Thanks guys. (at Hauula beach park)
Hey guys. 12 different iPhone shots merged together using autostitch app. I wanted to capture from the sky to the reflection in the lagoon. I used auto stitch app to shoot due to the iPhone having small lens. Then snapseed to tweak colors. Thanks.
Evening lights on the beach. I shot this while walking back to my car in the dark. Practicing night photography and long exposure. Thanks.
